This year's Awardees were announced in October via the Girls With Wings
eZine (signup). The winning submissions were judged on their willingness to
be a superlative GWW role model. Janice and Rose showed potential to
continue their interaction with the GWW organization, via the website and
events, so they assist GWW in encouraging more young girls to have an
interest in aviation.
