Spring Scholarships. I am truly impressed by the experiences, qualifications
and enthusiasm of many of the applicants.
Unfortunately, every year I have more qualified and deserving applicants than I
have awards. If you would like to support the scholarship, please make a
donation. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. Or join the crew using our
Air Traffic Control Crew Membership!
This Spring's Awardees will be announced in May via the Girls With Wings
eZine (signup). The winning submissions are judged on her willingness to be a
superlative GWW role model. Last spring Alaina, Gabby, and Natalie and last
summer, Meagan and Alyssa Mae, showed potential to continue their
interaction with the GWW organization, via the website and events, so they
will assist GWW in encouraging more young girls to have an interest in
aviation. Their requisite three essays are on the GWW Blog.
The 2013 Summer Scholarship details will be posted here.
